Our entire organization is focused on two primary
outcomes. First, through support for our client’s
path to wellness by offering the comprehensive
programs and services listed above, provided by a
qualified and experienced team of clinical staff and
supported by an experienced administrative staff to
coordinate the delivery of these clinical programs
and services. All of these provided in an
environment of professionalism, confidentiality,

our referral sources with the accessibility and
accountability they require in order
to refer their
clients to us for a wide range of behavioral health

Consultations, Family Counseling & DUI Centers

Professional Consultations, Inc. is licensed
by the Illinois Department of Human Services,
Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse to
provide Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient
Treatment Programs for adolescents and adults, DUI
Evaluations for all Illinois Circuit Courts, Driver
Risk Education Programs and Early Intervention
Programs. Our multidisciplinary clinical staff
include licensed and/or
certified counselors including our Medical Director,
Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers,
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors, Licensed
Professional Counselors, Licensed Marriage & Family
Therapists, Certified Alcohol and Other Drug
Counselors and certified Substance Abuse
Professional (SAP) counselors. Additionally, our
clinical programs and services are linked by mutual
referral agreements with local hospitals,
psychiatrists, physicians and other behavior
healthcare agencies to provide all levels of care
required by our clients.
Since we opened our practice in 1985, Professional
Consultations, Inc. have served over 50,000 clients
who have either been referred or presented on their

business days at a facility convenient to you.
Fees for services will be thoroughly explained to
each client during the initial call. In addition to
self pay, prepaid and deferred fee
options, we offer the most comprehensive list of
third party payers of any behavioral health practice
in our market area:
• Contracted by all major managed care insurance
companies
• Contracted Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
providers
• Drugged and Drunk Drivers Prevention Fund for
qualified indigents
(DUI Evaluations & Driver Risk Education only)
• Funding for McHenry county residents through the
McHenry County Mental
Health Board for mental health, medication management and substance abuse
assessment and treatment services
• Illinois Department of Corrections for youth and
adults for substance abuse
• DuPage Department of Probation
• McHenry County Court Services
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and
Diners Club credit cards and checks are accepted.
Once admitted, case management and reporting
services
are available to our clients and referral
resources with immediate, confidential access to the
client’s clinical status on an ongoing basis in
accordance with local, state and federal
confidentiality regulations including Health
Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996
(HIPAA).

*Attitude Behavior Modification (ABM) Systems,
Incorporated with facilities in Geneva and Sycamore
was acquired in July, 2000. Counseling on the
Fox, Batavia was acquired in May, 2006. All
clinical programs and staff along with all client
clinical records were fully integrated into our
operation as of the acquisition dates.
